Tip for the keypad lock: As you are entering the numbers in you need to hear a beep after each # entered. If you don't hear the beep, the number is not recognized. The keypad will go to "sleep" after not being used so the first button you push may "wake up" the pad and then you will need to re-enter the full code again to hear beeps after all the #'s.
There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3080.

The host was amazing and responsive. But I did not realize the room was on a 3rd floor with no elevator. Due to my situation I had 3 suitcases and a carry on to take up 3 flights of stairs at midnight. I grew up in Omaha, and while this is not the worst area, it's also not the best. The hallway when I arrived absolutely wreaked of whatever someone else was cooking. There was a smear on the couch that looked like peanut butter, so I never sat on it. A smear on the bedroom wall that looked like fingers smearing makeup, the shower curtain had a dark spot where you could tell repeated people were pulling on it, and the bathroom vanity is peeling. The host was great and very responsive, but I would not stay again had I known all of this.
