A historic beautifully detailed suite, 1,300 square foot, corner loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic loft is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market (12th and Howard). The suite includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms featuring modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown hotels, restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

In the master bedroom (also can serve as a wedding-night suite) you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, vanity, private bathroom and king bed with great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a single twin bed, twin trundle bed and second vanity.

The living room space features ample seating along with a third vanity. For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable. The full kitchen, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Beautiful Loft

Wish we would have had more trash bags and toilet paper. But the loft was beautiful. Great location. Nosey at night but expected when it’s in Old Market.

Everything was awesome. Location, cleanliness, check in and check out. Only crazy thing was I responded to email from host multiple times with questions and never got a reply. There was no number to call or any way to to communicate other than email which apparently is a one way communication.

Perfect for a Steelhouse concert

Went to the new Steelhouse with friends for a concert. The property was easy walking distance to the venue. Everything was in perfect order - clean, convenient and beautiful. Honestly, the loft was better than the show! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The corner loft was beautifully decorated and very clean. However, Omaha currently is very humid and warm, and the air conditioner was unable to cool below 75 degrees. That temp normally wouldn't be a problem, but since it's also a very old building, the humidity would have left us soaking in sweat, and the staff was unresponsive at the phone number they provided. No one ever called us back. Sleeping in this space would've been impossible with the high humidity. We left and got a hotel. This VRBO was clean, but otherwise was a total disappointment. We are requesting a full refund. A place like this needs a real host who can check in and check out.
