Overall, our stay at this property was very good. The management company was very easy to get a hold of and the instructions for the property and the amenities were very clear. The house is definitely suited for multiple people and has activities and space to enjoy oneself. I’ll make two comments about the property itself. First, the cleanliness, when we arrived was slightly under par. There was some leftover food and crumbs in the kitchen, and the lower living area had sand from the shuffleboard table all over the floor. In addition, be wary of the beds and pillows. The beds were really not the most comfortable that I’ve had, and the pillows were not much better. Also, just for any renters information, there is no air-conditioning in the house so you’ll need to keep the windows open during the hotter months to keep the upstairs bedrooms and living room cool.
Beautiful home for a group visiting Palisades! We loved our stay.

Great Vacation!
We had a lovely stay and the house was perfect for my family. Very well maintained, clean, and had enough room for all 12 of us! We would definitely rent again.

Summit Solitude / Palisades
This house was perfect for our 4 person group of skiers. All had their own comfy rooms and enjoyed the stay. Great kitchen with table in center was great for cooking and meals with all the group. Enjoyed the guitar as there were a few of us the "play" (kind of ;-). We had fun with it and also the shuffleboard and foosball. All in all, a great place to stay as it was so conveniently close to Palisades skiing.
Everything was extremely smooth and clean. The house is amazing and unbeatable proximity to all things north lake. It was great to be able to bring our dogs, though the other dogs in the neighborhood were not on leashes and kept coming to “use facilities” in the front yard/turf area. Other than that, this place is awesome, 10/10 hoping to stay here again next summer!

I thought the furnishings were terrible. The house sleeps 12 but there are only 4 chairs at the dining table. The mattresses on all the beds were very uncomfortable. There was one sofa in a bedroom that sagged so badly it was total junk. There was only one wash cloth in the master bath. I cannot comment on the other bathrooms. We pulled dishes that were dirty out of the cupboards that had been put away. On the face of things, the description of the house was accurate in basic terms—5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, game room. But the wear and tear and lack of cleanliness and general care were all very apparent. But there was nothing to do but grin and bare it and we had a good time overall.
A group of 9 of us stayed here for a weekend and had an amazing time! The house accommodated us all perfectly (3 couples and 3 singles) The game and bar area is fun and relaxing, the kitchen, bedrooms, and living room area upstairs were great and fit us all comfortably. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls, etc., which was exactly what we needed since we did most of our cooking and eating in the house.
The house was clean and comfortable, and a HUGE PLUS was that we were all able to take showers with hot water. 9 people one after the other - we didn’t have to worry about the last person getting pelted with icicles.
I would definitely stay here again, I imagine it’s exceptionally beautiful during winter.
