Amazing, newly painted, 3 Bedroom Penthouse Condo in the heart of the Village at Palisades. Balcony overlooks World Famous KT-22, & the Base-to-Base lift to Alpine. Located close to everything when you stay here; Steps away are shopping, restaurants, a wine bar, coffee bars, grocery store, & much more. Outdoor hot tub, sauna & fitness room in the building. ONE Indoor parking spot, so no need to shovel snow in the winter. Stay here & it will be an unforgettable stay, any season of the year. 3 bedroom Penthouse with Dining Room, Living Room, and Washer/Dryer in unit. -Master bedroom is a king (Sleeps 2, is 1 bed) -Second master is a queen (Sleeps 2, is 1 bed) This bed has a single trundle pull out. (Sleeps 1, 1 bed) -Third room is a twin bunk over full with trundle pull out. (Sleeps 4, if you put 2 ppl in a full bed. 3 beds) -Living Room sofa pulls out to queen (Sleeps 2, but 1 bed) **ONE Indoor Parking spot** Located 15 minutes drive from Lake Tahoe and Old Town Truckee, The Village at Palisades, Olympic Valley, in the winter features downhill skiing/snowboarding and a free shuttle to the Resort at Squaw as well as Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. During the summer you can rock climb the Palisades with Alpenglow (Via Ferrata) and have access to many hiking trails. Once you park your car in the underground garage, you never need to drive. Very nice 3 bedroom, top floor with views of funitel and mountain. Well stocked kitchen, nice spacious family room/dining room. Village location is so convenient!

Perfect location, excellent condo

Could not find a more convenient location for skiing, shopping and dining, in the center of all the action but still quiet. Condo is spacious and comfortable, great mountain views, clean, well-stocked, easy communication and check-in. Perfect for our family of five adults. Enjoyed the hot tub in the building and view from the bedroom of the mogul tournament as well. Will definitely be returning.

Best of Palisades!

We came here for a wedding and had no idea what beauty was in store for us! The location was incredible with amazing views. The condo was clean and spacious and the communication with the owner was top notch. We will definitely be back for another trip when we can stay longer!

Check in was a little confusing but other than that the communication was great. View and location couldn’t be any better. The bedrooms/bathrooms were in great working order and the kitchen was equipped with everything. I will definitely be back.

Awesome location

The unit accommodated our group of seven easily. Cannot beat the location, right next to the Funitel lift in the Village at Palisades, just steps to the restaurants and après ski hot spots. The host was super responsive, and we had no issues or concerns (except we had to wait a bit before checking in as the unit was being cleaned.) Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Terrific getaway spot

We highly recommend this wonderful place! This very thoughtfully stocked, conveniently located, spacious 3BR 3BA made for an excellent few days of “Forced Family Fun” with our teenagers. We especially appreciated having a small outdoor deck + windows facing the mountain on three sides of this end unit. Many thanks for sharing your lovely property, Mickey!

Perfect Location! Wonderful Hosts!

We had a wonderful time. The location of the condo could not have been any better. It is as close as you can get to lift tickets, rentals, ski school, restaurants and shops. The condo was well-appointed - supplied with everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, accommodating and extremely responsive. 10/10!

Just made the trip even better

My family and I (5 adults) were in Palisades for a family wedding which I officiated. The condo was perfect, the owners kind with great communictaion and the check in process was easy even though I was a little tired from our long trip. The consierge service was very patient and explained everything and gave perfect directions. The unit was very clean, in a great location, the views fabulous and we loved the way it was all set up. Very warm and comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace, such a nice ambiance. The kitchen was well stocked and at one point my husband and I were sitting around the table learning how to play Qwirkle with our adult kids for hours. We clearly made use of the availble games and cards. We also appreciated the little snacks when we got there and running between wedding events, they really were a small blessing. The wedding was a perfect and everything about staying there was enjoyable. Should we find ourselves back in Palisades, we'd stay here again! Thank you for having us :-)

Fantastic apartment!

We had a terrific stay! We've stayed in a number of Palisades village apartments before and this is our favorite. It is in an incredibly central location, minutes from the ski lifts which was super conventient. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing summer stay! The condo is in a prime location relevant to the shops, live music, day rentals,the tram and all of the other amenities that the village provides. We made use of the kitchen, watched movies on the large screen tv, and the gas fireplace was a bonus. Every room was spacious and we slept well with the blackout shades. We enjoyed every moment and would love to return at some point in the future.

Amazing Convenience!

We had a great stay here for a weekend ski trip at Palisades. The location can't be beat, just steps away from the Funitel. While we didn't end up cooking very much, the condo was well stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

Western States Soirée

This is a lovely property. Full of amenities all in a relaxing atmosphere. The views were excellent! The stores were numerous & very accessible. I would highly recommend this 3 bed/3 full bath to any large group.
