- The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, and stove top. There is no oven.
- A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2-4 people.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
