Awesome stay… Awesome location.

This place was in a perfect location! It literally took 3 minutes to walk from the door to walking up to the ski lifts. Additionally, the condo was right next to the village, where plenty restaurants were available for evening dinings. I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Perfect Stay

We had a great time staying here! We got there 30 mins early and they let us check in. We loved that the suite was located in the middle of everything! We were close to the elevator, to the pool, to the village, to the parking garage, the ice machine and even laundry room! The walk to the village(restaurants, shops, tram) was 4 mins away. And the best part was the 15 minute drive to Tahoe City! Front desk was very attentive and helpful when the remote in our suite wasn't working. They immediately sent someone to come fix it. The room was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 little ones. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything that we needed(plates, pots, silverware, napkins) for our 4 day stay was in the room. We will definitely be back next time we go to Tahoe!

Excellent location, great leisure area with pool and jacuzzi. However, the air conditioning in the apartment was not working. They installed a portable AC that also did not work and it was a horrible night. There were 4 of us in an apartment in the middle of summer, showing 80 degrees inside the room. We tried everything to get the air conditioning to work and nothing. We called the concierge who said they would send someone who they also did not send. So in the end we turned on the fan and opened all the windows to try to sleep. I have stayed in other properties in this place that were excellent. But this one was really bad. Unfortunately.
