Studio Loft #310 offers:
• 800 square feet with two bed zones, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• Downstairs is a queen bed, separated from the living space area by a pony wall and a bureau.
• Downstairs features the living space and kitchenette. The living space has a sofa (sleeper-sofa), television, and DVD player. Upstairs is a queen bed with a wooden bed frame, chair and a second bathroom.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, and a range stove top. There is no oven. The dining table seats four.
• There are two private bathrooms. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Nestled on the slopes of the Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort, this open-space studio loft condominium offers a blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway. The ski-in/ski-out condominium located at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals is perfectly situated in the heart of Olympic Valley.

The bottom level of the condo is all open space, including a living area, kitchenette, and a bed area with a queen bed. The bed is separated by a pony wall and bureau. Adjacent is the kitchenette with all you need for your home-away-from-home! It includes a large refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a range top. There is no oven.
The living area has two stylish partial leather and sofa (sleeper-sofa) providing additional sleeping options. There is also a coffee table adding to the convenience and ability to gather. The dining table sits behind the sofa and easily accommodates four people.

While gathering in the living area, enjoy wonderful views of the mountain, the Wa She Shu lift and Palisade Tahoe’s iconic KT 22 lift.

Upstairs you’ll find plenty of space with a wooden framed queen bed, desk, and a comfy chair for a great escape zone! There is also another full bathroom.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals HOA amenities include a large gym, steam room and sauna, plus indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a seasonal swimming pool.

A short stroll takes you to the Village at Palisades Tahoe with great après and dining experiences. You will find shopping too. You can explore all kinds of dining options from the famous après at Le Chamois to a local favorite for espresso and baked goods, Wildflour.

In the summer, take advantage of the swimming pool at Palisades Tahoe Lodge to add some relaxing to your vacation. If you are looking for more, it is a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe, with its 72 miles of shoreline and 22 miles of clear blue waters to explore via kayak, boat, or stand up paddleboard!

In the winter, this prime location cannot be beat for easy access to the slopes, après fun and memorable dining experiences in the heart of Olympic Valley.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
