Beautifully Updated 3 Bedroom in Olympic Valley
It is easy to enjoy this true four seasons home located in the heart of Olympic Valley and only 1.5 miles to the ski resort. This clean and beautifully updated home sits in an ideal location offering easy access to all summer or winter activities. With 3-bedroom, and 2-baths it accommodates up to 8 people making it perfect for friends or families. The house is located end of the cul-de-sac with great forested views.
The living room has high ceilings that give it a spacious calm feel that is easy to appreciate. The windows flood the dining and living room with natural light and beautiful views that help you become energized and excited to start the day.
As you enter the home, stairs take you from the parking level up to the main living area. Everything you need is on this main floor. The living area has a gas fireplace and leather wraparound sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy the views making this area a great spot for gathering and reminiscing about your fun Tahoe day!
Don't forget to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials you need to make a delicious meal. The kitchen is beautiful with granite and stainless steel. It comes with coffee maker and includes appliances that make things easy for a great meal with friends and family including a food processor. It also has a blender for morning smoothies or afternoon après. The adjacent dining area seats eight with its wooded wrap bench and dining chairs.
Immediately outside is a peaceful, large deck and dining table. A great spot for summer gatherings!
The three bedrooms consist of the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and bedroom number three has a big bunk bed that is a full over queen bed. There is an additional bathroom on the main floor as well.
Ceiling fans are in both the main bedroom and in living room and the house is air conditioned which is a great plus on a hot summer day. The flatscreen TV in the living room is a 55-inch Samsung smart tv with built in streaming apps and Spectrum Cable for regular channels.
The house has a washer dryer and covered parking for two cars in the house carport.
