The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Arm the bear gate.
If time allows prior to your departure, please wash and dry sheets and towels, but do not leave wet laundry in the washing machine.
Leave the furnace off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quite hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud parties or disruptive activities No sub-letting the property.
To ensure a great experience for everyone, we only accept bookings from guests with a 4-star rating or higher.
Dispose of all trash in the bear box at the bottom of the driveway. Be sure the latch is closed. Lots of bears this year. Trash pick-up is on Mondays.
