"The TV was broken, the AC/heat was broken, there was no coffee pot, the pool water was murky and looked questionable. Staff, however, was very friendly and the sheets seemed clean."

"I reserved the an ‘executive’ suite and was looking forward to watching some sports while sitting on the couch. However, there was not a tv there. Just the table where a tv should be. The room looked like it hasn’t been used/refreshed/deep cleaned in a long time. Disappointing! We have stayed here endure and expected better!"
