"Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...
