Bed: Old and run down. Pool was dirty. Felt a bit deserted as well. No activities readily available. Lunch was mediocre. Mixed drinks at night were bad tasting. Because lunch was so bad we walked down the street to The Wild Orchid for dinner. Good. Rooms are large spacious with natural lighting. Bedding and pillows were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aussie Breakfast was delicious and well priced.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 1/2 STAR PROPERTY AT BEST

service was a disgrace waited over 1 hr for breakfast 30 minutes just to give me service water booked deluxe gave us a standard 1st night complained 2nd day changed rooms 2nd room was a deluxe and ok 1st night was like a back packers room rubbish nothing but problems there and staff couldn't care less i wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone people

최신식 고급 아주 안락한 시설이라고는 할 수 없어요. 왜냐하면 리조트가 설립된 지 다소의 시간이 걸렸기때문입니다. 객실/호텔 청결도 : 객실과 호텔은 다소 오래된 세월만큼 사용한 흔적은 있습니다. 허나 관리나 청소가 전반적으로 잘 되어 있어서 사용하는 데는 불편함은 없었습니다. 아이들과 가족여행으로 1박 사용했었구요 위치가 하버나 시내 쇼핑몰과는 가까워서 교통편의는 좋았습니다. 호텔의 전반적으로 청소는 잘 되어있었구요, 객실도 정리는 잘 되어있습니다. 서비스품질 서비스는 해안 인근 리조트이기에 도심의 고급 호텔의 서비스 만큼은 아니더라도 환대하는 서비스 직원들의 마인드나 미소, 친절한 인사는 여느 호텔들의 서비스만큼은 만족스러웠습니다. 서비스라 함은 상대방의 니즈를 찾아 그 니즈에 맞는 맞춤식 서비스를 제공하는 것이 바람직한 모습인데, 당해 호텔은 그러한 서비스를 잘 활용하여 제공하고 있습니다. 호텔편의시설 초등학교 자녀를 두고 있기에 제가 느낀 것은

The family room that we booked is much smaller than shown in the Expedia pictures. It will not accomodate more than 2 people. The doors are creaking and the rooms really need an upgrade. Sorry, for that price we would have expected a little bit better.

The views are the best part...but

Stay away from the restaurant... you’ll be disappointed. The restaurants service and delivery time for food is the worst I’ve come across! The staff ( who have no idea what they are doing) are over worked and under trained. The rooms are adequate, the stairs can be tiresome but the views are beautiful. (just don’t look to careful at the crap foaring in the water). Beds are comfortable, showers dirty.

Good location - but has fallen into son disrepair. Also, the "Karaoke" was so very load the windows rattled. Staff was great, and the value was ok.

Good location , good wifi clean and helpful staff better than i expected food was bit expensive but had a good choice of asian food specially the currys most unsual in the phillippine this hotel not suitable for people with bad legs or disabled , staff not well trained but they did there best would give it 2 stars in my opinion is the best location of all the hotels in the area regarding location over the bay would stay again due to stairs

Lovely location overlooking Subic Bay

My wife and I have stayed here several times before over the years. The setting is as beautiful as ever but the resort can't seem to make up its mind as to who it's targetting for guests. The nightclub does generate a certain amount of noise and one day the staff decided to have a loud and impromptu karaoke session in the main eating area ( I complained about this ). In previous years the resort was an oasis of quiet but not so much now. The pool is still lovely but the rooms are beginning to show their age. Unfortunately the Sri Lankan chef has left so although curries are still on the menu they are not as good as before.

Hidden gem

Subiza was a big surprise. We did not expect a lot but they are clearly trying to step up the game with all service and they are very willing assist a traveller in any way. The location is very good and the view is fantastic. Beds are comfy but the rooms are not the biggest I have seen but good enough. They had Live music at night and I must say..What a surprise world class acts and the only thing missing was the crowd. Fantastic stay. would go there the next time.

very noisy room, (#4) next to the pool and maintenance area. Wait staff needed a bit more experience, front desk staff very polite and professional. No beach with the hotel.. the days I spent there, lots of families with young children were also visiting. So a bit noisy in the room by the pool. Spotty internet, not the place to be if you need or depend on the internet.. local area is great if you know baretto.. lots of water sports in the area..
