Ollantaytambo Apart Hotels

"Wonderful stay at Andenes del Inca, and staff who made us feel like family. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast was simple but comparable to other similar hotels in Peru. The breakfast area had hammocks, a view of the Ollantaytambo ruins, and a lovely hotel kitty. "

"The location is perfect and we enjoyed the views and the sound of the river just out our window. Service was mediocre: We communicated in advance to have a hair dryer and water kettle for coffee, and cream/milk. None was in the room. We had to remind them and even go down to the reception desk late at night. We left early the next morning and had made arrangements in advance for breakfast to go. When we came down at the pre-planned time, nothing was ready. The receptionist went to the kitchen to make it. It took a long time and we almost left without it because we had a train to catch."

"Good: nice breakfast/restaurant, proximity to the train station Could be better: bedding had a black stain, you get woken up by birds at 4am, the train also choo-choos regularly (whatever room even facing the gardens, you WILL hear it) For the price, not worth it I think."

"Staff was very helpful. Right in middle of downtown with lots of dinner places and facilities. Break fast was excellent! Beautiful property. Marcos took good care of us. "

"The room was nicely decorated and quite spacious. There was a table with two comfy chairs and a luggage rack that allowed you to hang a few things. I showered early in the evening and always had hot water. The location is good ( the town is small so everything is close)and the breakfast included an egg - scrambled or fried, bread, avocado, cheese and fruit, usually bananas and apples. "

"Great stay! My sleep was extremely peaceful and the river was right next to it! They even packed me breakfast for my check out at 5:30 the next morning since I needed to catch the train early. "
