8/10 Good
The hotel is very good overall, good size rooms, facilities, and cozy. Close to Plaza Orient and Soriana.
I had an incident with the hotel prior to my arrival however the hotel turned it around by upgrading me to a better room, paying for my uber and fixing me up a lunch pack next day- Happy days! Serg
