"The lady at the front desk was super helpful, and very nice. The room overall was ok, the HVAC unit was well used and kind of felt gross to touch. The room otherwise was fairly clean, however my largest complaint was the smell. My room (which is non-smoking) smelled like someone was sitting next to me just exhaling a cigarette straight into my nose. I do not smoke, so this was unpleasant."
