"We love staying at the Spirit Ridge for its beautiful views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Love the wineries and the restaurant on site. Our last stay was mid April 2026, and it wasn’t great unfortunately due to some junior sports championships happening in the town of Osoyoos. The pool was filled with loud 10-12 year olds who kept playing ball, screaming at the top of their lungs, and running around. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub with our little child. Kept getting splashed and hit by the ball. Eventually I’ve had to call the management who showed up right away and asked the kids to put the ball away. Bottom line, they’ve restarted soon as the manager left. The frustrating part is that it took a phone complaint for them to show up, and I wasn’t interested in continuing to call them. I wish I knew that a large crowd of kids was staying at the hotel that weekend, I’d chose to stay elsewhere. My advise is to check ahead of time for the local events in town before you head there."

"Lovely large room with access to outside pool area. Sink and vanity in main room and not in the shower- toilet area. Comfy beds. Liked everything about the place."

"The staff were nice and the room was clean but it was very run down. The elevator smelled so bad I had to hold my breath until I got off. The pool and hot tub were not available. The electric heat took several hours to get the room up to 20° and the ice bucket had no lid. Even if the pool and hot tub had been working, the hours are limited because of the atrium design, so if you're only staying one night because you're there for a show, you don't have any time to use them. They say they are renovating in the fall of 2026 so maybe it will be better then. They were very good about refunding my money and because they were so helpful, I will definitely give them another try after renovations."
