This beautiful villa on the hills is just a short drive from the beach resort of Sitges (10 km.), the Penedes wine region(20 min.)and at an easy 40 minutes drive from Barcelona. It is available all year round. The villa is built in a 1.200 sqm plot, it is Modern Designed, High-end furnished and fully equipped. It offers Splendid newly built Outdoor spaces overlooking the hills and the pool across 4 splendid terraces : 'Al-Fresco' Dining, Ibiza-style Chill-out lounge, scenic private 8x4 m. Infinity Pool stone-made fountain, portable BBQ. Brand new lounge set and swing-hammoc. Comfort and attention to detail are successfully achieved. Its calm and tranquil setting make it perfect for a relaxing retreat within pintoresque vinyards, near the best beaches and amenities and Barcelona's bive. An Oasis of Calm, Elegance and Privacy awaiting for you. Capacity : 6-9 persons (6 adults if in 3 couples, 4 adults+2-5 children if families, 8 adults if singles or singles+1-2 couples). Entrance : you enter the Villa by going down few stairs. You then face the main wooden door. Indoor : open plan concept : Italian design kitchen, dining room and lounge, balcony with dining table. 1 double or twin bedroom (2x90x190 cm. beds/ 1x180x190 cm. bed) with a double closet and a fan., 1 bathroom with shower. Schöne Villa auf dem Hügel
Wir haben den Besuch sehr genossen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, modernes und komplett eingerichtete Objekt mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die schönen grossen Terassen erlauben es, sich bei Bedarf auch aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Technik, Bad und Küche sind perfekt. Gerne wieder...

Great place to stay
We had a good time staying here. The house very comfortable. Great pool. Nice views at the valley. You will need a car to go to Sitges/beach but it’s close enough.
With adults the venue is more suitable for 6 then 8 but their are beds for 8. The furniture outside (chairs, parasols and sun beds) needs a little attention to keep up with high standard of the house. I am sure Ana will take care of it. We had a great time and would certainly consider coming back here.

Lovely villa a short drive away from Sitges & Penedes
Lovely villa with a wonderful and sunny terrace and pool area. Obviously a car needed, but for example drive to Sitges and the shore only approximately 15 min. Also, if you are in to relaxing in the sun and enjoy grilling local foods from the near by markets then you might even spend your whole vacation at the villa.
We travelled as a family of two adults and one small child, but the villa could accommodate a larger family or several couples.
