"Our stay was most enjoyable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was convenient. Elevator access is helpful. The location is optimal, with sites, shopping and dining all very close and an easy walk. We would certainly return it we find ourself in the great city of Viseu again."

"15 minutos de espera en recepción. Cuando apareció el empleado ni siquiera una disculpa (creemos que venia de cenar). Pedimos (y pagamos más cara) habitación con cama de matrimonio pero nos dieron habitación con dos camas. La habitación y el baño bastante sucios. La calefacción no funcionaba. Y el desayuno mejor no hablar, desde alimentos congelados, duros, café horroroso, poca variedad, pero eso si, zumo de naranja natural que te tenias que hacer tu mismo."

"This hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were generous but not large - absolutely sufficient for two people for a couple of days. We were happy that the pool was open, but woud have beenhappier ifit had been heated even a little bit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and quite extensive, with enough options for picky eaters. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again."
