The room and bathroom were very large and very clean. The bed was very firm. Breakfast was a huge buffet with many wonderful offerings. Location in town is wonderful. Walkable to everything!

This modern hotel is in a very old stone building. The rooms are beautiful and big. Parking is convenient, right across the street. Our GPS took us under the arch; don't do that. Stay to the left or go around again in the very narrow streets. Breakfast is wonderful and includes both hot and cold choices. This is a central location, so you can walk to all historic sights.

Unique in Viseu

Right in the centre of old town the hotel is actually built into the fortress/city wall. Room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. Areas of the hotel felt almost like a living museum. Certain areas are in need of a refresh (i.e. hallway carpets) but this would not stop me from staying again in such a unique property.

Hotel bom. Para quem está com carro, pode ser um problema. O estacionamento é muito ruim. Além disso, aos finais de semana, fecham um monte de ruas ao redor e fica praticamente impossível acessar. Então, aconselho para quem está sem carro. O hotel é razoável, toalhas boas mas cama desconfortável. O café-da-manhã é bem simples, deixa a desejar para um hotel quatro estrelas. Mesmo sendo ruim de carro, a localização é excelente para explorar o centro histórico de Viseu.
