"We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was exactly as described—very clean, charming, and full of character. It’s tucked away off the road, which made it feel peaceful and private. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, and we truly appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The private beach was awesome. He was a little rocky so shoes are definitely needed, but it was great for morning walks and afternoons in the sun.My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!"

"We walked in to a broken kitchen chandelier, the front key didn’t work, the master bedroom soaker jet was broken, the entire house smelled, no lighting in the twin bedroom, the loft was covered in stink bugs, no coffee maker and lacking a lot of kitchen basics. Not worth the price! "

"Great base for our visit to friends in the Hyannis area. Craigville Beach and restaurants were all within a 10-minute drive. AC is available in the 3 bedrooms, large floor fan available for the common area. It was helpful to have the 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Washer/dryer in basement was a welcome convenience."
"My family and I spent three nights here; it was a perfect long weekend on the cape. The location is second to none—you can walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck Beach and lots of local stores nearby. The house is large enough for several kids and adults to have their space. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We’ll be back for sure."
