8.8/10 Excellent! (1,587 reviews)
My room was lovely, spacious & fully modernised. I had issues with the lounge bar in terms of the food & the service. I only ordered a club sandwich but it took so long to arrive that I had to ask the staff why I have been waiting for about 40mins for just a sandwich. Also when my club sandwich arrived it was not what I expected of a club sandwich. The chicken was way too thick & not in ration to the other fillings. There was not the traditional 3 slices of bread but instead it was focaccia which does not suit this sandwich as once you bite into it all the filling runs out the back, very difficult to eat

7.6/10 Good! (493 reviews)
"The location was convenient for our plans and the staff were very helpful, even going out of their way to get us into our room early after a long flight. That said our room on the first floor, had a constant dripping noice somewhere that was quite annoying - particularly at night."

"This was such a nice hotel, the nicest and most genuine 4 star stayed in for a while. Design touches give it a really unique and relaxing feel. Nice change from more traditional chain hotels. Breakfast was amazing."
