"The hotel if very well located. Though the taxi can’t get you directly in front of it but 2-3 min walk away. The building is very well maintained. The food in the restaurant is amazing!"

"The location is great but when you get in the hotel, there is a set of stairs with no elevator to get to lobby. When I got to my room, I noticed insects crawling on the wall and the sheets. I informed the hotel manager very kindly, and she became defensive. I believe/guess, the insects were bed bugs. I had to stay because all the hotels were sold out due to marathon. The hotel manager was not very professional. I literally suffered being in this room/hotel. All they did was changing the sheets after my remarks. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. I tried to talk to the manager again but she was in another property."

"My wife and I had a terrific stay at the historical Hotel Justus, a bit due to its short walking distance to All of the vibrant Old Town Riga and Central Market, but mainly the amenities, ambience and the Caring staff, in particular, Irina at the reception, who from the moment we walked in til check-out met our needs from any info to room extras. (She's a keeper for sure, if we're the owners.) We'll definitely stay here if we're in town again, God-willing!"
