"The room was clean, and they have comfortable bed. The staff were nice especially the front desk staff, as well as the restaurant staff. Breakfast was good and restaurant food were good too. However I didn’t like the idea of unisex sauna and bathroom. 😞"

"I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we slept the night in that one and it seemed to have sorted itself out the next day, so that was really good of them. There was no fuss at all. And the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and continental food, but most of all it was the staff that especially the reception staff they were amazing."

"I was very pleased with the quality of everything at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to try. The location of the property is within walking distance of all attractions, and I did not have to use the vehicle during my entire stay. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will try to stay here again. "

"Upon check in, there was a line out the door. With only one person attempting to check people in, deal with room keys that were not working and providing other support, the line moved slowly. They did have a self check option, but info from Hotels.com wouldn't work. Once getting to the room, it was sparce with the very bare essentials. Then came the noise, coming from outside, inside hallways and an elevator that was next to my room. Breakfast was meh.. For over $275/night.. not what I expected."
