"House is as described! Very quick walk to town down a couple flights of stairs. Loft is a little creepy and requires climbing a metal ladder that covers up the bathroom door. All other rooms are great, downstairs room is a little small. Hot tub is a nice addition and fits 4-6 people. Fun variety of games to play as well! Great property for the proximity and for a group of couples! We had a fun stay!"

"Our stay at the Norfolk Ski Escape was excellent! The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 14. It's a very short walk to the ski run and a short walk to Main Street! The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can't say enough great things about this place! Hope to return again soon."

"The service was incredible by every member of the staff. We have never experienced this level of concierge service. Every morning the breakfast was 5 star and the overall atmosphere was great. However, I gave 4 stars due to The room being very small and the bed was very uncomfortable. Lying on either side was a deep slant. Of the 4 nights there, I didn’t sleep at all. For over price , I expect a good bed. I would stay here again but next time I will not accept a bed like the one we had. "

"The Perch was a wonderful venue! I was amazed at how well the venue accommodated our group of 18 with plenty of space to spare. The location was incredible and close to the lifts and downtown and amenities were outstanding. Highly recommend."

"The house was beautiful and very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but the house really does need a second water heater. I had to take two cold showers out of 5 days. We only had 9 people (the house can accommodate 12) and several of us took cold showers throughout the stay. "
