"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing. We took the breakfast, which was just correct. Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate. Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night."
