The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the BBQ is clean and knobs are all turned to "off" and the Propane valve is off. Return cover to grill. Do not add cover when the grill is hot.
Please leave all dirty towels and linen in the basket under the stairway or piled next to it. Please make sure to turn off the AC/Heater
Close and lock all windows and doors. Push the “Yale” or “padlock” on the electronic lock then pull handle to make sure door locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time on the property. We had a small issue with the barbecue and Matt was on top of it and had a replacement barbecue sent right up! He was very responsive to any questions we had and we enjoyed ourselves!

Great stay

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) visited for a week and really enjoyed this rental. It's in a great location central to LNP and the attractions along Hat Creek. We also visited Burney Falls and Lake Britain about 30 minutes away. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Matt was responsive to questions we had prior to our visit. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

Nice cabin, as described.... Bring extra toliet paper, bring bug spray. Cool firepit, nice area for kids to play. Good fishing, right next to hat creek. Had a good time, thanks!

Hat creek fishing trip

Great location to hat creek fishing sites. Property is located right on the creek. We even caught a few in the evening at the property. So nice to be able to fish the local camp grounds and be close enough to come back for lunch and go back out again for the afternoon fishing.Property is amazing and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy a great time.

Lovely get away near Lassen

Great place for our family reunion gathering over the holidays. Enjoyed snowmobiling at Bogard and Ashpan Meadows and snow shoeing. Two story Condo was recently finished inside. Adequate kitchen. We brought all our own food, Comfy beds. Some games. Right next to Hat creek. Only issue we had was no internet or cell service at the condo - so we had to walk or drive over to the gas station to get service. Contacted property manager and they are in the process of getting starlink set up. They apologized and said they would issue a credit for the inconvenience. Aside from that issue we would stay again and liked the condo!
