"Front desk staff was very helpful, Housekeeping not so great , I asked for a turnover when I returned the garbage was not taken out the bed was not made they just left the sheets on top I had to put the sheets on the bed, not expecting to do that after a long day at Disney. I was expecting to come and jump into bed not make the bed. Breakfasts it’s good, rooms are big and it’s in a great location!! I would definitely stay again. "

"Due to the construction, many things were unavailable. The restaurant was gone so they only had the buffet available, which was subpar. Not many food choices and it was in a dark room with only a few tables. The water part was very dirty with food containers, cups and trash littering the walkways and chairs. There was hair or hair extensions in the pools and I didn't see any cleaning staff while there, we stayed for a couple hours. Overall disappointed as we weren't aware of the construction."
