"This was an awful stay. I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone. I was told Engineering would visit to resolve. The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed. It was NOT. I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE. Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "
