"Very courteous staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only drawback was the electricity kept going off till the generator kicked in. A very comfortable stay with the family with 2 rooms. Will be back"

"So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed at other prestige hotels in Fort Aguada. Small eating area partitioned off the main foyer but pleasant. Food - only vegetarian option but well prepared and tasty. Michelle and all her staff welcomed you as though you were family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our family when they also visit. "
