Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich:
· Zimmer: komfortabel, sauber, stilvoll
· Küche: ausgezeichnete Qualität und Vielfalt
· Mitarbeiter: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell
· Entertainment-Team: ein riesiges Dankeschön an Zahir und Aylin – sie haben mit ihrer Art meinen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht
· Fitnesscenter: sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt
Gerne möchte ich Ihnen auch einige Empfehlungen für Ihre weitere Optimierung mit auf den Weg geben, denn ich würde mich freuen, das Haus noch besser zu erleben:
· Beach & Open Parties: Bitte führen Sie Beach- und Open-Air-Partys bereits ab Saisonbeginn (1. April) ein.
· Disco / Abendunterhaltung: Die Disco sollte nicht nur aus 30 Minuten Show bestehen. Bitte setzen Sie auf interne Tänzer/Tänzerinnen oder laden Sie externe Acts ein, damit echte Partystimmung aufkommt.
· Kinderbetreuung & Erwachsenenbereich: Ein isoliertes Kinderprogramm bis 21:30 Uhr wäre wünschenswert. Danach bitte kein Kinder-Eintritt mehr bei Erwachsenen-Shows und in der Disco.
· A-la-carte-Restaurant (Sushi): Bitte ergänzen Sie ein Sushi-Restaurant mit Live Show Cooking – das wäre ein echtes Highlight.
· Beach-Pflege: Der Sand am Strand sollte regelmäßig gesäubert werden.
