Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and my room was also very clean. The interior and décor are not particularly new, but everything is kept in good condition and I found the room comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food, and the location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is very central and convenient, with easy access to many of the main places you may want to visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help whenever I needed something, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a positive experience and found the hotel comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. I would happily stay here again.

Location was excellent. Evening receptionist was friendly and very helpful. TV was useless, no WiFi in room and fridge was near useless. Room was cleaned once only over 12 night stay. Found 3 bugs on the bed. Room very dated look. Badly needs modernisation and could become a wonderful hotel.

Good hotel for a one or two days stay! Right in the heart of Antalya! I’ve stayed here a few times now always liked it but this time ended up on the 8th floor last time with cracked glass on balconies and couldn’t sit on balcony as too high, small and feels unsafe! Room was not to normal cleaning standards as before either bit disappointed this time! Good variety Turkish buffet breakfast available that was nice!

Hotel is very clean and comfortable near to Tramway and busstopp . One can take tramway from Antalya airport no.1 to hotel. Breakfast is very delicious. Hotel is not built for handicap guest. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my original room smelled heavily of smoke and was located on a hallway that also smelled of cat odor. The staff was helpful when this issue was brought to their attention and relocated me to a different room. The room was fair, however the deadbolt didn’t work which made me slightly uncomfortable. I also had to request a safe box for the room. I found pictures to not match the interior of the property. Otherwise, I appreciated that the location was very convenient.

Great stay at Start Otel! We had a one day trip to Antalya and picked Start since it was on the pickup list for the cable car tour. We arrived late and the staff was great. The checking was quick and the room spacious. The breakfast was amazing! When it was time to head back to the airport, the staff assisted us with getting a taxi for a cheap rate.
