BOOKING DETAILS- All Klodge properties are private homes rented for tourist use under Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17.
- As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT- After booking, guests must complete the online check-in (upload ID and selfie for each guest).
- All data are processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
KEY COLLECTIONCheck-in and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE DISPOSALA door-to-door waste collection system is active. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
