The accommodation is furnished in a classic and functional style and feature “open-concept” interior spaces: the sleeping areas are integrated into the living area or organised through open spaces, doorless rooms, and lofts, prioritising flexibility and shared living spaces.

In this case, we have a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 45 square metres with an interior view, located in a residential complex 100 metres from the beach, featuring classic furnishings—not modern but functional.

It is located on the ground floor and consists of an open-concept living area with a double bed, a single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, as well as an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

The price includes:

Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash, varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.



- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay after the condition of the apartment has been inspected.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.
