Designed for guests who appreciate contemporary interiors and real comfort, it offers private outdoor space that makes the home calm and easy to live in, whether you are here for the coast, a work stay, or a longer visit.
The apartment includes two private terraces, connected to the interior through large glass doors that bring in natural light and allow an easy transition between indoor and outdoor living. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking, from simple meals to relaxed dinners with local ingredients. One terrace is arranged for outdoor dining, ideal for slow breakfasts, light lunches, or evening aperitivi.
Sleeping arrangements are suitable for families or small groups. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be converted into a double on request. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or a quiet afternoon rest. All beds are prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. For evenings indoors, the living room is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, and each bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.
Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, beach towels and a parasol are provided so you can easily visit Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana. Parking is simple, with free secure on-site parking, and the building is served by an elevator.
