Arrived in Olbia very late following delayed flight . Frederico was very understanding and helpfull . Check in was very easy ( especially with video sent via Whats App) Room was very comfortable and spacious with great eye to detail in terms of furnishings .We stayed for 3 nights before heading off on our road trip around the island .Its a great base for a couple of days . very close to museum and shops etc. We ate at the resteraunt in the Garden below one night and food was very good very reasonably priced for Olbia. The location was quiet given its in a pedestrian shopping street . Would also recomnend the Enoteca next door vinis veritas ( great selection of Sardinian wines ) . Great start to our holiday and would stay again

No better location than at the bottom of Umberto Corso, directly across from the police station. Room was great. Would definitely stay again.

The property is an ideal location, but with being on the main street, it was noisy in the rooms facing the main street. If you.are staying on a week end, please note there is a bar on then1st floor and the restraunt next door had a DJ going.

Check in was a nightmare! Never met the host. Had no idea how to access the property as we had just arrived in county and needed wifi to set up SIM card. We learned latter that host uses what’s App to communicate, but we did not have wifi or working SIM card. Room was nice with balcony, but overlooks a loud restaurant/bar.

Hotellet har omtrent den mest sentrale beliggenheten du kan få i Olbia, nederst i gågaten Corso Umberto med en rekke restauranter rett utenfor døra. Rommet var over all forventning - stort og høyt under taket. Fint bad. Lite, men innbydende og trivelig felleskjøkken. Vi kommuniserte med personalet på meldinger via Expedia. Perfekt läge mitt i stan. Bra för 2-3 dagar. Gratis parkering 200m från boendet. Mycket bra service via whatsup från ägaren. Vårt rum hade en liten terass- var underbart att dricka sin morgonkaffe i solen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
