ℹ️ Mandatory fees to be paid on site:

- Tourist tax: payable in cash, varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.

- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash are the guest’s responsibility. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.
