Quietly nestled on the 1st floor of a small residence, the apartment enjoys a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views. There’s also a shared pool with a lifeguard, sun loungers, plenty of outdoor dining areas and a tennis court (€20/ph). The closest beach is accessible either on foot or by golf cart (in 3 minutes) and benefits from facilities including a bar and sun loungers.

Inside, the apartment features cool tiled floors throughout with a large open-plan kitchen /diner fitted with; a dining table, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The separate living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa.

Accessible through French doors the spacious balcony provides an alfresco extension, that’s perfect for relaxed meals or a cool drink after a day on the beach.

Location
The apartment is a 4-minute drive from the village of Murta Maria on the Gulf of Olbia; a 7-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Porto Istana; and a 10-minute drive from Punta Tronfino a centre for windsurfing and water sports, including diving and kayaking. Alternatively, Spiaggia Su Sarrale (a 10-minute walk) provides another perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming.

In Murta Maria guests will find smaller shops and some excellent seafood restaurants and cafés. From Porto San Paolo (a 10-minute drive) there is a regular boat service to the marine-protected island of Tavolara. This is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant which is run by the island’s current king.

The city of Olbia is just 20 minutes away by car, here visitors will find the famous Basilica di San Simplicio and the city’s farmers’ markets which are held 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo.

The closest international airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.
