It accommodates up to 8 guests, 5 in the main house and 3 in the dependance, in Pittulongu-Mare e Rocce, a quiet, splendid and strategic area, close to the services and nightlife of the Costa Smeralda, an ideal base for family or groups.

The villa is informal, very close by walk from the Mare e Rocce beach.

The house is located in a context of residential villas, one step away from the beach. The house consists of a main building and an annex. The main property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and single bridge bed. There is also an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a room overlooking the garden. The annex is instead composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette. The internal garden is very quiet and offers privacy, the possibility to eat and relax outdoors, in the shade of a centenary mastic tree. Also in the garden there are outdoor shower and BBQ.
