The apartment is located in the heart of the most suggestive village of the Costa Smeralda, on the first floor of a newly built building. It consists of three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, minibar and air conditioning. The living area consists of a lounge, a bathroom and a kitchen which has a fridge, dishwasher and gas burners. A sliding glass door ensures brightness and allows you access to the large terrace overlooking the wonderful San Pantaleo mountains. The property includes a laundry room and a parking space. The apartment has air conditioning in every room and wifi.
