They need to fix the outlet next to the sink I needed to blow dry my hair luckily the outlet near the closet wall was close enough to the mirror with that said I had too improvise and use the chair to lay the blow dryer down as I sectioned off my hair other, also one complaint my key didn’t work I had to go back for a reset when initially arriving to the room !! Didn’t have to walk too far but yeah I didn’t like that issue at all to be honest I was tired had a long work day

Finding the shuttle from LAX was probably the least convenient from surrounding hotels - there are 3 HGIs in LAX and each has a different shuttle and it's up to you to figure out which is which. They also don't come by too frequently.
Rooms are decently equipped but with a pretty barebones design. Woke up before sunrise and half the lights wouldn't turn on after working the night before. It's an okay option, not great not terrible

Was a good place for the weekend. Virtual check in was nice. Parking was a bit of a bummer, only street parking and that was pretty hard to come by. There was garbage along the street here and there, but our room was nice and clean.

Friendly staff and well lit property. Not alot of homelessness so it felt safe. Worst mattresses ever and room smelled very bad like mildew or mold.
