The family that own it are so helpful and kind , they will do everything to accommodate you, with a smile and sincerity that you just don’t find in other hotels. "We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"Wonderful resort by the Adriatic with great ameneties such as amazing breakfast buffet, more than five high quality restaurants, boat tours, gym and kids zone, tennis courts and more. The rooms and villas are very beautiful and in excellent condition. Overall this is a great resort for families and couples."

"Pool facilities excellent, indoor and outdoor. Located right on the beach. The resort is very small and quiet, justtwo or three bars/restaurants. Transport to other locations very limited. Rooms were large and plenty of storage space. Food was average quality."

"Views from hotel amazing ,property clean and rooms are good. Spa was not really a spa as a small gym and sauna in basement next to laundry room and a small cramped indoor pool . Not somewhere you would want to sit and relax in a spa environment as we expected. No in house spa services but outsourced and not a spa hotel by any means "

"It perhaps needs to be more specific about how little there is to do on Kolocep itself. There’s only 1 other hotel on the opposite side of the island. I bar/cafe & 1 restaurant which is linked to the hotel. Also it should be detailed that the ferries don’t always run. We visited another island and couldn’t get back so had to pay for another hotel on another island. Whilst we understand they can’t control the weather we might not have got on the first one if we’d been told they don’t run is iffy weather. The hotel itself is exactly what you’d expect from an All-Inclusive hotel. "
