"In 2026 we expect an upscale hotel room to have plenty of outlets for recharging the devices we travel with (@3). Even the bedside lamp outlet in #317 was dead. Fortunately bathroom outlets were live. Peeling wallpaper; unadjustable desk chair; lack of a side chair; only one elevator operating at each end of the building -- all suggest deferred maintenance. Many hotels offer free coffee and hot water in the lobby; this didn't. Add the extra costs for parking and breakfast, and this hotel will not be on our list for our next visit to OKC."

"The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast."

"One star removed as the neighborhood was not as expected and one of the bedroom doors next to the bathroom did not close which effected us having to be very quiet once they went to bed. Otherwise the house was very clean, stocked well, spacious, plenty of outlets, centrally located to everything, host was helpful, and beds were comfortable."
