"We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees". Gross corporate greed. I could understand $50-100 per room, but $2000 for a little paperwork is disgusting. Couldn't speak to the facility at all as we never saw it. I will forever avoid Omni properties at all cost going forward. Would NOT recommend."

"The hotel itself was great and the staff also. The problem was the valet parking, which was very expensive and we had to leave before they came to work, and could not get out of the parking lot. The desk clerk did come out to help us. But we were almost late for our appointment."

"Lovely clean hotel with a great selection for breakfast. 15 minute walk to the Oklahoma Museum & Memorial. Felt safe walking around at night. We paid for car parking via the hotel, however other guests did street parking."

"We were given a handicap room and that was not what we requested. I went to the front desk and let them know, because we didn’t want to occupy a room that could have been needed by a handicap person. She said she didn’t know and that she needed to talk with a manager. I never heard from her after that. The room also had an issue with cooling."
