Great customer service! The room was spacious and clean. Our room could have used a new fridge, but otherwise great. The staff made our stay excellent. They were all so friendly and helpful.
They had an issue with our room when the previous occupants checked out, so they got us 2 nicer rooms, same cost and a very nice gift basket. Front desk was very helpful. 100% would stay here again.
Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. They were amazing during the tornado warnings and helped keep people calm. I will be staying here again.

The Marriott was outdated. The room was clean but gaudy in appearance. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was less than average, but made the grade. I saved $20.00 by not eating at a Dennys. For $117.00 i slept in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. I will return. The Marriott was very cost-effective, and they care about their guest.

Right next to an excellent restaurant. The only other business in a closed, large shopping center.
Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.
The staff was generous enough to upgrade my room at no charge due to unforeseen circumstances and I was very grateful for that. It was difficult keeping the rooms warm, but it wasn't bad. The only bad thing about the place is the location. There isn't much in that location anymore, but it isn't a deal breaker. I would consider staying there again.
Check in was a breeze as well as check out. We stayed on main floor King Suite. The room was prepped and ready and air was on for us when we arrived. Only concern was the smell in hallways and room, smelled musty.
The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The night check in people were both new and it took a bit to get it done but they nice about it. Only real complaint was that the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we couldn’t get out for several minutes! Front desk said they had someone look at it twice this week already so hopefully they get that cleared up!

Can do better!
The stay was OK. The thermostat was set at 63 when we arrived. There were no washcloths available. The breakfast was marginal at best. The location worked well for us and it wouldn't take much to improve the stay if more attention was paid to the details.
The location was in a weird spot due to a lot of shut down businesses, but right behind a Texas Roadhouse, which was really nice because I could actually walk to the restaurant!!! The staff was really helpful, friendly, and very aware of safety! Example was when I was sitting out in my car, it was late and I was out there for a while, but when I came back in, the front desk person made sure that I was alright and if I needed anything!!! I appreciate that, a lot!!!

The room and staff were great but the breakfast was poor. Always out of eggs. Low on milk. Limited selectio9n.
The room was musty smelling the carpet through the room was damp or completely wet. The couch was stained and felt gross to sit on. The redeeming factor was the bed was okay to sleep on. I absolutely will not stay in or recommend a residence inn going forward. As a family we do a lot of traveling in the summer and this stay was very disappointing.

This is decent budget hotel. Everything is kind of right in the middle of average. The Breakfast is horrible, its so had they shouldnt offer it at all. The laundry facility's washers and dryers are out of order. This is my 2nd stay in 3 months and they still did not repair them. The rooms are decent but there are signs of visible water damage and they smell musty. The real upside is that they share a parking lot with the Texas Roadhouse. You can walk 200 feet to a great meal.

Upon checkin, our room had food items in the refrigerator, trash cans had trash in them, and the room had no pillows on the bed, no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and was missing several kitchen items (utensils, pottery). It took ~24 hours, but we eventually obtained most of those items and were ultimately moved to a different room that had everything and was an upgrade. Some of the staff were professional and sincerely trying to improve the operations of the location.

The size of the room was huge. The bed and couch was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The main hallways and elevator rug wasn't vacuumed for days. Had to request rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags from the front desk. The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher. If you ran the kitchen sink to long it would leak by the dishwasher. Most of the staff was friendly. Very surprised that a hotel of that size didn't have more than one luggage rack. I think i seen it once the four days that i was there.

When I checked my, the toilet in my bathroom was clogged and has to wait until the next day for repair.
While sleeping the fire alarm went off in my room alone. Front desk said it was a short from control board, this can't be true from a Connells m controls understanding. It seemed to be intentional.
Wouldn't recommend. The desk staff were very professional and helpful. Want all bad but would avoid going forward.
