Okinawa visit
The pillows were very small and not comfortable at all. The ceiling fans needed attention, wobled alot. Some walls had been beaten up a bit. Kitchen utensils slim selection but workable. Location awesome. Staff could benefit from some more basic English language skills. Very friendly and Google translate help immensely. Would definitely rent again!! Larger shower towels wete helpful too.

Pros: Beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment-style room. Netflix available on TV. (: Excellent ocean view, easy beach access. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurants/bars nearby. Overall we were extremely happy! Cons: Even though our room was nice, the hotel in general is quite rundown. The elevator entrance did not work properly so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time, and the room could have been slightly cleaner (bathroom, dusting issues, smashed bugs on walls).

Great, concenient location. There are several bars and restaurants near by and a few small beaches. You can borrow their electric bicycle for Max 3 hours for free, it is super convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. The view of the ocean from the rooms is great. You can walk to Sunabe Baba Park beach (10min max) but I do not recommend because it is near the US military base and the noise for their flying plane can be really bothering (note that we don't hear it from the hotel) The restaurants and cafese near the hotels are pricy because the neighborhood is like that. Bare with that

Breathtaking Ocean Views But No Daily Room Service
Hotel has 5 buildings situated along the waterfront offering breathtaking ocean views. Our room is tiny but comfy. Glad that the building we stayed does has a elevator bring us to 5th floors. One minor issue is that there is no daily room services so our beds were not tidied and towers were not changed during our 3-night stays.

This hotel is a home away from home. Our family extended our stay in Ocean Front as it is very comfortable and our parents can relax well. The room we got is very spacious and clean. The staff are great and extend their help during our stay. There is also a bike that we can borrow if we want to go around the area. On top of those, the room has a very good view of Sunabe Seawall where our family can enjoy the sunset in Okinawa.

pretty straight forward hotel with no complaints
Good hotel. well its a condo and less of a hotel. they do not clean your room everyday but there is a free washing and detergent so you can def take care of your laundry. service was typical laid back okinawa service. people are polite when they help you out

Lovely
Okinawa Ocean Front is a lovely place to experience Okinawa. The staff is beyond fantastic, helpful, genuine and always smiling. the location of such a beauty that you'll be mesmerized. The sound of the ocean will wake you up. the down side is that the walls are paper thin and the beds uncomfortable but it's sparkle cean. A simple beautiful hotel. Do not hesitate to try it.

The staff were VERY helpful. The even stayed after hours so we could check in after a late night flight. The room is very spacious and clean. The building is pretty old and the outside could use a pressure wash.

My stay at Chatan Beach
Overall the place is clean. The rooms are tiny...little walking space to the showers and definitely cannot wheel your suitcase into the room. Some rooms are without a elevator so watch for it if you have a heavy suitcase! There are a couple of nice cafe for lunch and it is not a beach out the front. It is a reef!

The property was located in a very convenient area to our daughters home and the views over the ocean were breathtaking. There are quite a few local dive joints with excellent food and great variety. The sea wall is located right outside your door for walking running and sightseeing the divers, surfers and Fisherman! The water is crystal clear with views of ocean life along the shoreline! Now this is not the Hilton for accommodations but if you’re looking for an more economical spot and the location is good for you then this is the place! We will be staying here on future visits! The room was exceptionally large we had a two bedroom suite!

Close to a few really amazing bars in the area, nice little restaurant down below was a nice amenity and a beautiful sunrise & sunset with amazing snorkeling options if you’re willing to find the rentals in the area.

Ehhh
There’s no daily housekeeping, the floors were wet and not freshly mopped. The toilet was broken and ran constantly. The bed was uncomfortable but a decent size. The room was tiny and bare. Walls are paper thin, sleeping was hard of the neighbors weren’t sleeping. You have to pay for parking at this hotel in addition to paying to stay there.

The location is excellent just right in front of the sea. Basic clean amenities with self laundry. Staff are friendly. I extended one more night, and asked a staff about the room rate on the night before I checked out. The price increased by 1100 yen the next day morning when I spoke to a different staff, and she explained it was the manager's decision. How can they have 2 different prices just overnight? Was a bit shocked and pissed.

We booked for a private condo style room. Unfortunately, there was no elevator and dragging four heavy suitcases up the stairs was not pleasant. The condition of the building is a bit outdated but the inside was cute and nice. Unfortunately, there was a smoky, unpleasant smell and there was no wifi. Notified the front desk and they said they would fix it right away. Second day, still no wifi. Offered us to switch rooms, but then they said the another guest was going to check into that same room the next day so they can't give it to us anymore. So, you are going to screw the current guest to please the ones that coming? ok. Third day, still no wifi, they finally gave us a new room. The new room was smaller and cost less than the ones we paid for. We did not get any type of reimbursement and had to suck it up because we really needed the internet. Our data plan expired on the exact day we had to switch rooms. If it wasn't for the whole wifi situation, this stay would have been close to perfect. The scenery next to the beach and amount of restaurants in the area was amazing.

A great apartment with ocean views
This is a great little apartment on the Miyagi coast. The price was affordable compared to others in the area. The big plus is the free bike rental and shuttle to airport. Although the bikes do need some maintenance but can't complain if it's free. I had an issue with the air con where it was only cold in the air con area but if you walked to another part of the apartment then it was hot. Management got maintenance to fix it the same day. It wasn't great but it was better than before.

Shuttle service times not disclosed before booking
One of the main reasons that i booked this hotel was that one of the amenities was a free shuttle to the airport. It wasn't until after i booked the non-refundable room that i was informed that the shuttle to the airport only had 2 morning shuttles. 8:30 and 10:30 am. Since my flight was not until evening, obviously that was not going to work. When i got to the hotel, they confirmed that there was only a morning shuttle. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the bus times and location so that i could take a city bus to the airport later in the day. Also, she spoke english!!! Location was good for snorkeling but far from the active Chatan Town activities if you Will be walking. The room was adequate, clean, small tv, and only view of the ocean is from the bathroom. I think you should also be aware that no one other than the persons staying in the room are allowed to go up to your room, so if you will have visitors, they will not be able to come to your room and there is no lobby.

More of an extended hostel than a proper hotel.
This isn't a hotel per say, but more of an extended hostel. The rooms are kind of like a dormitory style, where you talk an elevator to another door and then you open that door to enter a hallway of rooms where yours is located. It was small and functional. It worked for the night. It was a bit noisy from the hallway. Very rudimentary. The wifi was good and the location was close to the beach but far from shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It's about a 40 minute walk to places of more interest, but it really isn't that bad of a walk. There were supplies for cooking and a burner in the room, so if you wanted to cook, this would be good for you. Honestly, I probably would not stay again. I personally dislike that hostel feeling to it. But if you're looking for a place by the beach, this place might work for you.

Better than I thought
Location is not far to American Village, hotel facing seawall so is good place to stay as when you walk out or see seaview via windows, staffs are very nice as our first room has problem in shower room then they changed a nice room for us, we were enjoyed nearby as well as quite a few bars nearby could go by walk. Just without breakfast but not a big deal to us, great place and value to stay.
