We are sorry for you to have confused about staying room fee that we charged to 1 additional people. As we explained to you, we charge room fee to each guest and not charge to 1 room. Therefore, we had to add room fee to the additional guest on your arrival day. We are sorry that you had such a bad experience in Okinawa because of our hotel room charge system.
