Staff were excellent, the room as well, and do the breakfast.
I wish the hotel had an email address in English and some sort of cafeteria.
It would have been nicer if they did not charge for the use of the swimming pool.

I liked our convenient and cozy room with some little details in it, including shower products, bath robes, slippers, and pajamas. My girlfriend definitely appreciated the scrunchies and hair clips
Had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had a very good selection of food. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The hotel is located 3 mins away from Asato monorail station and 10 mins My only complaint was not knowing that you had to pay to use the pool. I had specifically booked this place for the pool and so it was disappointing to find out that you had to pay 1100 yen each time.
We have a family member with a food allergy and we contacted the hotel two weeks before we arrived to make sure that our first day in Naha would be off to a good start. We talked with two different staff members that assured us all was well and that the buffet was clearly marked with allergen information tags and that they would help us. We thought they were so helpful and friendly and nice. But nice does not equal truthful and informed. The very first item I looked at was not even the item named on the tag, the next three tags did not have anything marked even though we knew full well what the ingredients were. I’m referring to a hamburger patty, pulled pork and sliced meat. ( which all contained the allergen we needed to avoid) The kitchen staff had taken no precautions whatsoever. They put tags on the food items and left it at that. Each tag lists 7 major allergens so that would mean every dish contained all 7??? not possible. Usually the tag is placed on the item with an X or 0 marking on the allergen ingredient used. Then the head waiter went through and looked again but still recommended an item that was not edible because we asked the chef later and the chef confirmed the ingredients. There was just way too much food in the buffet and it was all wasteful. They had no idea what they were serving just focusing on quantity and not quality. And they most certainly did not help us find safe food to eat. It was so disappointing since we had contacted the hotel in advance.

In the future, we will endeavor to clarify the labeling of food ingredients and thoroughly share it with related departments.
The hotel is cozy and the staff are nice. They helped me to receive and store the parcel that I sent to the hotel before my arrival. They passed the whole parcel to me during my check-in. Appreciate it!
Good location attracts me to choose that hotel. But Family trip in 3 persons with a terrible small room. 5 stars level hotel makes us disappointed. Many different hotel can choose about this budget. Don't come back again.
