部屋は3階であったがエレベーターがなかったのが最悪。
スーツケースを持って登り降りは最悪どころか苦痛であった。
入居案内にエレベーターがないことを明確にするべきだ。
これは物件オーナーだけでなくHotelsの責任でもある。
