It's fine for sleep, quiet enough and blackout curtains.
There was black mold on the curtains. The security latch on the door was broken. I took photos of these. The pillows were terrible and I asked for extras and was told they did not have a single extra pillow. Fortunately a nice cleaning lady found some for me the next day.
The biggest problem is that this hotel saves money by having NO STAFF except 8 hours a day in the afternoon and evening. Nobody to help with any issues, and most importantly for us, nobody to leave bags with or even speak to if you arrive before check in time. We saved a small amount of money by choosing this hotel but then had to haul our bags to a tourist office to store them and pay for that. This is a very basic amenity for a hotel to have - desk staff. There are probably a thousand hotels on the island, you can find something better.
