Back garden with, sitting out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Sauna (shared with other properties on-site). Outdoor pool (shared with other properties on-site, 10m x 5m, depth 0.8m x 1.8m). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps to the cottage.. Situated on a non-working farm, this Grade II listed idyllic retreat offers 1600 square meters of living space, surrounded by wonderful views of the sprawling countryside.

The large open plan living area has a wonderful oak dining table, a perfect setting for times together. Snuggle on the sofas, with the Smart TV providing evening entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen, with an Esse wood burnier allows you to savour culinary delights as you soak in the rural ambiance or take up the challenge of a game of table football. The bedroom exudes comfort, featuring a sumptuous kingsize bed—a sanctuary to unwind after each day’s adventures. The shower room, adorned with industrial quirks, beckons you for a refreshing shower before relaxing.

From the living room, step out to the balcony, an intimate space to revel in the breathtaking surroundings or relish alfresco dining against the backdrop of the picturesque countryside, with glimpses of Belstone Tor, during the warmer months, whilst admiring your private lower section of garden giving you a choice of spaces to relax and enjoy. With the use of the shared outside pool and sauna, available to all guests from 0930 to 1800, commencing from Whitsun until September, the grounds on this four-and-a-half-acre site are waiting to be explored, embark on a leisurely stroll through the adjacent woodlands, walks to the stream, meadow deer sightings, and woodland dens. As the sun sets, the stone fire pit is an idyllic spot to prepare a meal in the picturesque glade in the outdoor dining area with an undercover shared woodland kitchen.
